Swan Range Retreat was designed as a one-of-a-kind custom home and will not be duplicated exactly. However, we can incorporate many of its architectural elements and design ideas into a home tailored to your property and lifestyle.
How long does construction typically take?
Swan Range Retreat was completed in seven months. We generally recommend allowing eight to nine months, depending on the home’s size, complexity, site conditions and level of customization.
What is the approximate home-construction investment for a project like this?
Starting around $500 per finished square foot for this level of customization. Land, site development, utilities, landscaping and other property-specific costs are not included. Pricing varies by design, finishes and construction conditions.
